How It Began
Our story began over 40 years ago serving our old family recipes, including our legendary Original Spicy Chicken Rigatoni, which we still serve today.
Founder Jerry Paliga spent years owning and operating award-winning restaurants in the Chicagoland area before relocating to South Bend, bringing his family values and catering expertise to the local community.
